How To Journal for Manifestation
Hello Jewells! I am glad you found this blog post. ♡
Today I am going to talk about How To Journal for Manifestation! If you are interested in the YouTube video I made on Journaling for Manifestation- I will link it below!
What is manifestation?
Manifestation is the act of attracting your desires into physical reality.
Law of Attraction is the principle that like attracts like on a vibrational field. This means that you can have anything happen in your life through manifestation.
If you want to learn more on Law of Attraction, read my blog post LOA for beginners.
Journaling is a very effective way to create your thoughts into reality.
Writing down your dreams puts them on paper and brings them from the cognitive plane into the physical plane. Being on paper is one phase-in between them being a thought and becoming real. This is what they say thoughts become things.

Now, let’s get into How To Journal for Manifestation.
I suggest keeping your manifestation entries in a journal. Some people prefer to have a whole journal dedicated to specifically manifestation. However, I am currently just putting them in my general journal.
If you want to journal freely, do it! However, I put a 5-minute timer for the journal so that I can get into the real flow. Sometimes the time goes by so fast that the timer goes off but I keep writing.
Begin your manifestation entry with a date. You want to be able and look back on your manifestation entries and see your progress!
When you are journaling for manifestation - raise your vibration!
Free Write
A good way to get in the flow is to free write! This means to journal about the first things that come to mind.
The idea is stream of consciousness. You just allow any thoughts to come.
I usually begin with how I feel when I am writing. What happened today. Anything that bothered me or made me happy.
Once I address all my random thoughts, I move into writing about my dreams.
What You Want to Manifest
Begin to write down the things you want to manifest. This could be goals, dreams, people, money, experiences, etc.
Write down everything you even slightly want, no limitations!! There is no such thing as a dream too big.
Visualization
A major key in manifestation is visualization. So, as you are writing these dreams and goals- feel the feelings that those goals would bring you.
Write down what you would be wearing when those dreams come true (the manifestations happen). Write how you would feel, what it smells like, etc. The more descriptive the BETTER.
Gratitude
My favorite part of any journal entry is the gratitude portion! Writing down things you are grateful for expands yourself to receiving your manifestations. Being aware of what you already have is a great way to get more.
Affirmations
Writing down affirmations helps close your journal entry with confidence and reassurance.
Affirmations are repeated positive statements that help transform your circumstances into your aspired reality.
If you want to read more into affirmations- here is my blog post!
Thank the Universe
Ending your journal entry for manifestation - thank the universe for what is coming to you. You could say “Thank you universe that the $3,000 is on the way to me!”
You can also - and should if applicable- acknowledge any manifestations big or small that came true!
Journal Every Day
Journaling every day allows you to track your manifestations. Plus it strengthens your desires.
