Crystal Guide for Beginner's

As many of you know, I am a Law of Attraction fanatic. When I started getting into LOA, spirituality, and manifestation, it sparked my interest in crystals.

Crystals’ energetic properties are said to positively interact with your energy field or chakra. Crystals are good for healing mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Each crystal has a different property, and are all said to have different powers.

What To Do With Your Crystals:

• Meditate (put crystals in the palm of your hand or surround yourself with them)

• Bath (put them around your bath)

• Set an intention for your crystals

• Put them next to your bed while you sleep

• Wear them

• Put them in your purse or pocket

• Do a ritual with them

How To Recharge Your Crystals:

• Moonlight

• Sage

• Other crystals

• Rainwater

• Singing bowls

• Breath

• Candlelight

You can purchase crystals at your local metaphysical shop! That is where I find the most authentic crystals. However, if you’re interested in purchasing them online you can also buy from shops on Etsy.
